The Man Behind City Cats
Todd Longley, the Rock N Roll Fisherman, is one of Manitoba’s premier professional anglers and has dedicated countless hours to promoting and conserving the fisheries resources. Through his work, he has introduced thousands of people to recreational angling and the benefits of participating in this leisure activity.
Todd has appeared on numerous television and radio programs, is a regular seminar presenter at events and shows, and showcases his skills and knowledge at fishing tournaments. He has supported and co-sponsored a number of angling programs, including: Learn to Fish Clinics, Fish Winnipeg, Urban Fishing Derby, Winnipeg Fish Festival, Youth Fishing Camps, and School Fishing Seminars.
